Passing of property and risk
Entitlement to the products is passed to you on the date we receive full payment for the products ordered. Legal ownership of the items will immediately revert to HONAYDA if we refund any such payment to you.
Once a product has been delivered to and received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of the product shall pass to you. All liability of returned goods shall remain with you until we receive them.
